CTN is the largest consortium of rural and safety net health care providers in California that participate in the FCC Rural Health Care (RHC) program.  The RHC provides up to a 65% savings on broadband services to eligible rural and safety net clinics and hospitals.  CTN’s medical grade broadband network provides secure, reliable connectivity for healthcare providers across California to support broadband enabled advanced and virtual health care activities.
